Thrifty find...

I went to meet my friends at the bar last night and they were late so I stuck my head in at the Salvation Army. I found a Pearl Izumi jacket for 1.95! Granted it is purple but my current jacket doesn't breath at all so this was AWESOME!!

What kind of thrift finds have you all found in your years?

I find good Merino wool sweaters at the thrift shop all the time.

I paid 2 dollars for a 2bicycle carrier for my car. 2 pairs of padded riding shorts @ 1.50 ea. And a 1985'ish Nishiki 12 speed for 10 dollars.

I once bought Steve Madden shoes(that is actually stylish) and paid $2.00 for it. I wear it all the time. Best purchase ever.

Brooks Bros. cashmere sweater, a classic, $3.00, still wearing it years later.
