does any one know the name of that volcano in nicaragua where that guy destroyed that carbon fibre prototype bike? I think it was on real video .does any one know a location that is suitable in north america at high altitude to attempt speed over 100 miles / hour (160kms)

That is that long and smooth? No clue. Blackcomb mountain has the altitude but the terrain would destroy you.

I just googled Eric Barone and got this. I can't read it, but it looks like he went 172 km which is 106 mph.

thanks alot buddy I have been looking for a while you made my week , I rode my intense m1 4,600kms this summer to blackcomb there is no way you could hit that speed and blackcomb isnt high altitude mammoth mt is 11,053feet I lived there to and we could not even come close see you on cerro negro buddy . keep your wheels between the ditchs (kamikaziken)

Whoa ! That WOULD be scary going 106 MPH down a rugged trail on a MTB
