53-55 bpm.

Just keep riding, that'll get it down into the 50s.

Just for my HRM a few days ago. I had 72 while sitting just after trying it but also after coming up and down the stairs to put water on the electrodes.

Really sitting doing nothing in front of the TV is get 64.

Waking up in the middle of the night I get 53 briefly and then it goes to 55 for a little while and finally settles on 60ish when I'm fully awake.

I have not been cycling for the last 10 years. Just getting back into it now.
