What do you eat in a normal day?
How strict are you all with your diet? Is what you eat in one day what you eat everyday?
I seem to be swaying back and forth on my diet. And as a result, im putting on wieght. This is also b/c i didnt bike for 2 weeks b/c the only thing in my closet was shorts and shortsleeve t-shirts.
