I need some advice.
A few days ago, I had a pretty bad fall, I got bloodied, bruised right hip and knee and a strained right wrist and sprained my thumb and pinkie. I've regained full movement in the wrist hand and right leg, but there is one problem. I'm having nightmares about this crash, and I haven't been able to get up to ride for the last few days because of it. What should I do; take a few more days off or just go out and ride?

hey Dan...I am sorry to hear about your fall..
if you are ok to brake and pedal.. i think you should try a short trip... one where you feel safe, a familiar trail or road.
i still have nightmares about the van hitting me.. lol and i was just crossing(walking) on a red light..
somethings pass in time.. i know you love cycling.. so try and let that be your source of strength.
good luck.. and get better.

IMO the only way to defeat a fear is to face it and deal with it head on.
When I was hit by a car in June, due to my own negligence, I was afraid to get back on the bike and ride, after I recovered and the bike had been repaired. But I did it. I even went out and rode on the same highway where I was hit. But the fear went away.
It will take some time but you will defeat the fear, but you need to face it and deal with it head on first. Don't just put it aside. And don't give up and let your fear defeat you.

The old saying, "If you fall of the horse(in this case bike) get right back on."
Go back to where your crash happend and ride it. If you were jumping or doing a drop, find smaller ones and work your way back up to the one that you wrecked on. If it was from to much speed, go to that section, ride it slow, go back up and do it again a bit faster, about 10 times or until you feel relaxed again.
Dreaming of a crash will always happen. From little crashes to all out yard sales.
Try to picture what you did wrong in you head and think, " What should I do differantly?".
Hope you get over your fear quickly and get back to ridin'.

OK, thanks for the advice, I did wind up going out for a ride after watching NWD1, the section with Bender helped.
