4 hours of volunteer hard labour, including hauling major weight down flights of stairs.
Many stairs, maybe a few too many trips. Good cause, crackbuilding to low cost family housing\community center.
Not my area, bike past it daily.
You want really strong legs, weight up and down stairs. I'm NOT in as good shape as I thought....
A few more v-work days and I'll have those 'legs of steel'.
