some kid messing with cyclists has a "misshap" [video]

Is this what you call "instant karma"? Most of us cyclists have been messed with by punks in passing cars.. well this kid payed the price dearly.

Apparently some dumb kids in a car were "dooring" cyclists as they passed em, this kid actually fell out of the door and actually got drilled by a passing car, its not gorey, but you can clearly and quickly see the kid getting smacked bumper to face, so youve been warned, if you want to see this:

Sorry if this is a repost!

Everytime I see this, I hope it's the last.

It hasn't been for the last 5 years and 10,000 views.

I've never known it had anything to do with cyclists up until now. I always wondered why the **** he was getting out of a moving vehicle like that.

I didn't see the video because of my slow connection, but I have another story of punks paying a price for harrasing a bike rider. When I was in 8th grade, I was riding my bike home, and kids from the high school drove by in a K car and sprayed piss on me from a 2 liter bottle. They were not aware that I was right in front of my house. I took a brick from the front yard and threw it at them, smashing their rear window in. Then, to avoid an ass whooping, I ran inside. Its not exactly like they could have called the cops. I can only wonder what the story was that the driver told his parents.

LOL!! They probably just said that they were driving along. minding their own business when some crazy stranger just threw a brick at them out of nowhere.

You may rest assured that they didn't tell the truth.

Cheers,

Brian

It's amazing to me why punks think it is funny shouting at or hassling cyclists. Pure cowardice. I once had a car pass me and try and throw eggs at my spokes. I believe in Karma - what goes around comes around. Perhaps this video is a classic example of that. I would normally hope that the payback would be something more horrible - like a tax audit...

I hope he's ok, cause if he's in the shape like you said, then we all get stuck paying his welfare and his medical bills for the rest of his life. Thats all we need is another worthless schmuck sucking off the teet of the government.

Saw an interview a while ago. He wasn't harassing a random cyclist. The kid on the bike was a friend of his. He was showing off for the camera and was going to bap his friend on the head (you guys have never played rough with your friends, I take it). He lost his balance, nailed a parked car. A momentary lapse of judgement during a period of rampant momentary lapses of judgement. But, hey, don't let that get in the way of your bloodlust.

Spend enough time around teenagers and you will know that's a lie. Every time you catch a bullie, they're always just "kidding". They're just like card cheats in that way. That was a "trophy" tape those kids were shooting. That was so they could play it back later for their close buddies to show how "cool" they are. Besides, the kind of kid who would admit to assault with a deadly weapon (that's what he was doing) isn't the kind that would commit it.

No, if he was just trying to smack his "friend" in the back of the head from a moving vehicle he would have leaned out the window instead of extending the car door.

Apparently, it's old news. I hope the drivers ed teachers are using that tape to show kids what happens to REALLY stupid/mean people who play with automobiles. I will not laugh. But I will show him the type of sympathy that he had for his intended victim.

As much as he deserved it, that kid got messed up pretty bad. Facial fractures and lots of broken bones, IIRC.
