THE Bicycle Film Festival!!!

The Bicycle Film Festival is happening May 10-14th in NYC!!!

Then it is going to go to LA in June, Minneapolis and Chicago in July, London in September, San Francisco and Sydney, Australia in Oct, Tokyo in Nov, and Milan, Italy in Dec!!

Please help spread the word!! Tell all your friends, tell your families, tell complete strangers! Buy you tickets for the NYC shows online now at www.bicyclefilmfestival.com if you can cuz it will most likely be sold out soon and definitely will be sold out by the day of the event.. Last year the line of people trying to get in went around the corner and way down the block!!

It's going to be AWESOME!

Featuring:
"B.I.K.E." about Black Label Bike Club www.bike-films.com
"PEDAL" about NYC bicycle messengers - it's great and has become a real classic among messenger movies!
"MASH" about SF messenger and Fixed gear culture www.mashsf.com/
and many, many more recent and classic bicycle films that are rarely shown anywhere else and are hard to get your hands on!

DO NOT MISS IT!! SPREAD THE WORD!!

Check out www.bicyclefilmfestival.com for more info!!

This is probably the place to ask if anyone here has actually seen the movie "Hugo's Magic Pump".

It's allegedly a film about a 6-day racer who's winning too much so the mob starts throwing girls at him to wear him out. It was supposed to have good cycling footage and is either adult, or at least european without a lot of modesty.

An ex-pro I know has been looking for it (he hasn't actually seen it), but I'm thinking it's a hoax, based on every description you find on the web being almost exactly the same, and almost no other indications of it's existence. There are a couple of film poster sites that at least list it, but don't show pictures of the poster.

I have not heard about it but sounds amazing and if it's not a 'real' movie maybe someone should make it!!!

as i said to you in my recent PM, a google search brought me to this forum. it is indeed a movie...porn (for sure) and with subtitles (i believe). i found the same as you "every description you find on the web being almost exactly the same" and it's hard to believe i'm the only one around who has seen it/remembers it. for the type of film it was, the cycling footage was excellent! and of course Hugo left a lasting impression on me

i found artwork at the bottom of the page here: https://rojonoir.livejournal.com/63107.html
