Looking 4 Bug Shield 2 Protect Bike On Roof Rack

I saw someone with a cool bug shield (material) that protected the profile of the bike from all of those annoying bug splats while it was up on the roof...I have tried Google and my local rack shop but I can't seem to find info on where to buy something like this anywhere. The only thing I can find is the typical wind deflector that attaches to the front rack bar.

Anyone with any suggestions or information?

Thanks

PQN

I've tried several different ones. The Yakima B-string was by far the best. Unfortunately they don't make that any more. The next best one is the Colorado Cyclist one. Relatively inexpensive and very good.

Don't, under any circumstances, by a "Skinz" bra... they're twice as expensive as the CC ones and shred after 1 or maybe 2 trips.

Oh yeah... and if you want any credibilty around here, don't post in AOLese. Use words as words... not numbers.

That was meant for the original poster and the title of his post.

Performance also sells bike bras. They're slightly different from Colorado Cylist's in that they come in mountain bike and road bike specific models. I've used these, and I like them. Seem sturdy so far and are very easy to put on.

No offense, folks, but...

Stay on target.

I believe the thread is about bike bras.

Thanks for the information - I just placed my order with CC.

Also, thanks for the heads-up re the short-hand...just trying to keep the title manageable but I'll keep it in mind with other posts.
