i was hungry...

i made my own "breakfast bars" today. i just took a bunch of whole grain cereals, and oatmeal, and stuff like that and crammed it into a pot, added some marshmellows and a bit up butter and melted it all together. they are great and gave me alot of energy. i just posted this incase anyone else wanted to try it, its just an idea. its basically rice crispy treats but with any flavor(s) you may like
