Achilles Tendon
I was riding Tuesday and I did something to my achilles tendon is killing me can hardly walk. The doc said it was not torn but that it was inflamed. Has this ever happened to anybody? Any tips? How long am I off? The doc also told me that the way my ankles are I shouldn't be riding a bike anyway.
