Bicycling Magazine sent me a renewal card today. Two more people can get 1 year subscriptions when I renew, at no extra cost. Since I don't have any close friends who are into cycling, I will sell you a 1 year subscription for $6! Please private message me if you want one, first come first serve! (I think this offer is only for USA, sorry)
EDIT: I have 1 taker. 1 subscription left!
This is what the deal is (if you're skeptical):

I've had great luck buying magazine subscriptions from Ebay, too. Multiyear subscriptions can be had for very little money. Here's a current auction for three years of Bicycling for $4.98. I was skeptical when I first ordered magazines through Ebay, but 60 days later, the first issues were in my mailbox. Now I subscribe to more magazines than I can possibly read.
