Getting Stronger

Most days during my work commute, I feel stronger than I did the day before (other than the occassional down day). So, I was just wandering...will I continue to get stronger every day of my life, or will I top out some where along the line?

My only intelligent response to this one, Steele-Bike, is this:

Let me know when you find out!

Me too!!!

I think you will reach a point where no more strength is needed for the effort put into your commute. But if you continue to make your commute longer and add some tougher routes then you will get even stronger!!! And then you will have to make your ride longer!!! and tougher!!! And then one day...You will be happy with the way you are, and you will maintain the level of strength you are at at that point.

Thats my take!!!
