Supergo

Supergo SUCKS!!!!! I placed an order with them on June 11. 1 week later I tried to acces their online order status feature. I get a message that says no order could be found. So I emailed them, 72 hours later I got a reply saying that they need information I had ALREADY given them in my previous email,I send them the info again. 48 hours later I get an email saying they had misplaced my order an to try again, and that if they didn't recieve a reply in 48 hrs then they would assume the problem was solved. Supergo sucks. I ordered from Nashbar, got order confirmation the next day and had my stuff by the end of the week, same with Performancebike.

ive always buy my stuff from pricepoint.....but i bought my wheels at bikesmart.com, they both are really good about everything....i ordered a seat and a tool once from pricepoint, and the seat came but the tool was back ordered, it only took 2 more days for the tool to come....pricepoint is the best:D

I would not count Supergo out. I have ordered various things from them for year's. Never had a problem. I am sorry to hear of your problem. I am disappointed that they did not do more to solve it. Thanks for the info.

P.S.
Someone you might want to try is:

Angelo is really good, and his prices are comparable. This and he is the only one there, and does exceptional work for a one man operation.

Forty-eight seconds after receiving that email, I would assume those people didn't need any more business from me!

fubar - I have consistently had issues with Supergo customer service (it basically doesn't exist) over the past 2 years to the point of not using them except in extreme cases (i.e. a deal that no one else can touch). Not only is their customer service lacking, they do not send orders out for days.

I put SuperGo in the same category as department stores. I bought my bike from their local store because it was a deal nobody could touch ($239 for a Specialized Crossroads Sport Al, list $470), but they suck. One Wed. I stopped in there and asked if they could adjust my derailer. They said they wouldn't be able to look at it until the following Mon. I've tried ordering from them 2X on line and once at the store, and ended up canceling all 3X cause they screwed up. We must be in the minority, though--the store is always busy.

There customer service should be good. I have a little inside info on them. They did over 1 million in sales from their Web site alone....... In April!!!!!! In one month!!!

With that kind of money flowing through that place you'd think they would have streamlined the process by now.

I had a friend try to purchase an item from supergo last spring. Took 32 days and quite a few emails and calls to get it straightened out. I heard that campmor.com has some great prices but a fairly limited selection.
