Open Source project: phpBikeLog

phpBikeLog is an open source PHP/MySQL-based logging tool for cyclist and cycling teams. While e.g. Microsoft Excel or another (commercial) piece of software can do a great job it would be nice to have a piece of PHP which you can implement in your website or use stand-alone.

Features should include the ability to track riders, routes or course, and bicycles. Request as much features as you like in the features section please!

Both I and my co-developers have jobs in RealLife(tm) so don't expect to find full versions within days or weeks. It might be just a fun project to work on in the spare time!

My question is: any persons here who want to help with the project?

Keep on biking my friends!

More info here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/phpbikelog

I might be willing to help...do you have component pieces you want to divide out or how are you trying to get help?

I might be able to spare a little time.

The project was dead for over 5 years when I found it on sourceforge. For your info: I had nothing to do with it before so it's new for me too :)

Another volunteer joined me on Soundforge and we are emailing to inventorize what the admins before us left in php snippets. We need input for feature request and volunteers to help or think along. Our main target is to make an open source, free, php/mysql based piece of code to use in a users website so he can use it for his own purposes or cycling club. Another target, not in the last place, is we both want to learn of this project :)

So, still interested? Join us at soundforge.net (link in 1st post).

Oy, I haven't done PHP in a while. I may be interested.
