one year
so it's been exactly a year today since I got back on the bike and started commuting/seriously riding longer than a mile at a time.
I remember my first ride (about 4 miles) that day was enough to totally wipe me out... today I did a ride of comparable distance and I was slightly tired at the end of it but far from wiped out.

Congratulations! You'll probably find that improvement continues with more riding. Happy pedaling!
