XPORT Flatbed

This rack is listed as having a 2" or 1.25" compatibility. Does the rack have a reducer or do you have to specify when you order which one it is? My dad ordered one and doesn't recall what he ordered, and i am trying to figure out if there is just one option or if he may have ordered the wrong one.

I have the 4 bike version, and love it. Only comes in 2" for 4 bikes though.
