    For me the two most important skills to learn are;


    Trackstand (not on a fixed gear, too easy): If you can track stand it shows good contol.

    Bunny hop (properly without clipls and straps or spuds): Can get yo out of all sorts of trouble on the road or the trail.

    not that I am very good at either of them but I think they are both very usful.
