Benjamin's Cycle Store in Cheyenne, WY

Hi,

I saw some great prices on 2006 Specialized models from this shop. Are the prices too good to be true, or is this just a legitimate shop with great prices?

Any input would be appreciated.

I think I remember something about this shop being a scam, I could be wrong.

Yep, that's the scam site. Every so often they change the name and location, but use the same photos. Stay away at all costs!!

I thought it might be a scam. The bikes were listed on ebay last night, and by the time I checked back, the listings were removed, and even though I put the bike on my "watched items" list, they were removed from that list as well. I also got an email from ebay telling me it was dangerous to buy the product outside of the ebay listing. How can they get away with such a scam?

Just for kicks I looked up the current address using Google Earth (2250 Etchepare Dr, Cheyenne, WY, 82007). When you zoom in, it's located directly off a freeway and appears to be a truck rest stop of some type.

stores are not supposed to ship bikes like that according to their dealer agreement

if you're not buying locally, make sure someone you trust can stop in and broker the deal.
