It was one of the first, really nice sunny days here in montreal, and we were able to get out for a ride mid-day. It was also my first real ride of the season. Lots of people were out, surprisingly, at that time of day. I guess a lot of people called in sick.

It's Saturday morning. I just got back from a very beautiful 70km in Currumbin Valley.

It's Saturday morning here too. Got up and headed off to join the crew at the LBS but no one was out due to the wet and wild conditions. I rode home - punctured for the first time in 6 months on the way home - showered - then took my daughter with me to the coffee shop.

A few of the regular crew were there including 2 guys who actually cycled. They took a different route so I missed them.

We may have missed our normal ride today but at least 5 of us didn't miss the coffee and muffins.
