Bicycle Guide Magazine
Hello
Can someone help me with an internet address to Bicycle Guide“s homepage? I“m wondering if ordering a backissue from july 1996 is possible.

I believe Bicyclist magazine purchased or took over Bicycle Guide back in '99 (Or maybe they ran that mag the whole time?). I am not sure what happened to Bicyclist Magazine, or who you could contact for back order information.
Maybe one of the members here has the copy you are looking for? I have just about every "Bike" "Mountain Bike" and "Bicycling" magazine from the last 4 years in storage.

When me and my family moved two years ago I throwed all my American and Brittish magazines away I regret that now. There is an issue of Bike that have an article aboute a gang of "retro grouch" people riding. Maybe it says something like "the pioneers of..." but I“m not sure. The people in the article is in a couple of pictures and they looks retro in theire clothing. It should have been in 1993/4-1997.
If anyone recognize this, please contact me.

BicycleGuide was started by a few Bicycling Magazine exiles in the early 1980's. The mag was owned by Petersen Publishing. In the mid 90's they changed the name to Bicyclist. Shortly thereafter, Petersen purchased Bike magazine and killed Bicyclist. If you are looking for back issues you are probably out of luck. You might get lucky on ebay... maybe.
