Estes Park via Glen Haven...
Now, I've made some tough climbs in my day and fancy myself as a climbing specialist, but...
WOW is the last mile of this climb a rough one. Made the climb yesterday (April 18th) into a headwind and the last mile (the switchbacks) is unreal. Did it with some teammates and we flew up to the last mile, then it was the death-march bike-rocking action. Minimum speed? A nasty 5.6 mph.
Anyone else experience this delightful ride?
