Custom jersey.

Does anyone know of any companies who will produce a custom jersey but does not have a minimum amount that has to be ordered? I have an idea for a jersey for myself but don't want to have to purchase 6 of them.

Well how custom do you want to go? You can get a semi custom through velowear. No minimum limit, but all they have is "relaxed club fit".

I second the Velowear recommendation. Velowear makes nice gear: http://www.velowearcustom.com/live_overview.asp.

Semi custom is fine. I want to choose a blue color scheme with a 4 logos, a differant one for the front & back, & a differant one on each of the sleeves.

The front will have the Blue Lodge Masonic symbol, the back the Scottish Rite symbol, the right sleeve the Shrine symbol & the left sleeve the York Rite symbol

I had a custom jersey and shorts made earlier this year and used Champion System (www.champ-sys.com) for the work. They had a minimum quantity of 10 items (jerseys, vests, jackets all combined) at a cost of $46 per short sleeve jersey (other items higher cost, of course). For $46 we got full, unlimited sublimated colors (not 2, 3, or 4 colors like virtually everyone else) and an excellent product. Because we were not limited in the number of colors, we were able to include photographs, which was important for the jerseys we created. All artwork is resized for the jersey size so your artwork fits on any size jersey without having to leave large margins.

So, if you can find a few other masonic cyclists who would buy a short sleeve, long sleeve, and wind vest, you can get it all for pretty low price. You won't get logos on sleeves with semi-custom. Semi-custom looks bad anyway.

I did an order for almost $4000 worth of jerseys and shorts and I got many complements on the product and zero complaints.

The company also does shorts, tights, skin suits, and more. Same deal as for jerseys. 10 item minimum for the combined order of bottoms.

Disclaimer: I don't have any connection with Champion System other than as a satisfied customer.

For a sublimated or silk screened jersey almost all of the manufacturing cost is in the very first item so just 1 would be very expensive.

If you check around you might be able to find somebody who could custom air brush a single jersey for you. That would probably be a whole lot cheaper.
