OK, what started out as pain and to much heat quickly grew into laziness and I've been off the bike for months. I finally got on last Sunday and rode for anout 2 hours. I noticed several things. My legs held up better than I expected, I still have some go power. My wind suffered a bit more but still not to bad. My weight is up 15 lbs , so that does have an effect, but not severe (I was never a racer anyway). My rear end, on the other hand is killing me! 3 days later it still hurts. I guess the butt is the first thing to go!
