Which bike to choose?

Currently riding a 2004 Trek 2100. I ride mainly on weekly group rides, ready to start some organized charity rides &/0r races. I ride about 1000 miles @ yr. Narrowed my search for a new bike to: 5.5 SL Madone, Specialized roubaix expert,Tarmac Pro, or Cannondale system 6. Any thoughts? Thanks for your input.

Hello saila25, that's a nice lineup to choose from. My personal bias would be for the Roubaix Expert (I've got a Dolce Elite which I love), but the better question is--have you tried riding them all?

Welcome to BF!

Thanks for your input. I have been riding each bike. Twice for each so far. I moved my question over to the road bike forum and got some good thoughts.
