Long race cycling - No blood in the toes

Anyone has some tips how to solve the problem of having no blood in your toes after 3-4 hours on my road bike?
What should I do?
Tx

Loosen your shoes ... or buy a pair that is a size larger than your current ones.

+1, Your feet are likely to swell a little with the excerise and heat. Most cycling shoes these days have velcro straps which make them easier to adjust (especially for those of us that never learned to work shoelaces).
