fenders with no brake holes?

Hello Bike Forums,
I have a bike set up for cantilever brakes, so no brake holes are drilled--not in the fork crown, seat stay bridge, or chainstay bridge...not at all! However, my bike does have threaded eyelets on the fork ends and dropouts, which I would like to use to fit the fenders, but am I stuck with no holes drilled for brakes?
Any experience anyone else has had would help me out here. Thank you very much!

You could try Planet Bike Speedez clip on fenders. Or drill a hole in the fork.

I use zip ties to fasten my fenders on my bike. I removed the bracket that was on the fender, drilled two holes through the fender, and then ran the zip tie through it, and around the brake mechanism (it doesn't interfere with the braking process).

I understand that you may not have the same setup, but I simply offer the zip-tie solution to your creativity.

Here is what I would do... if I didn't like the clip on options (which I probably wouldn't).

1) Get a "p clip" to wrap around the bridge for the rear fender... I think this would be a lot easier than trying to drill the bridge which would be my second choice. If the p clip is too big, use some rubber to fill it in... probably a strip from an old inner tube.

2) Drill a hole in the rear of the fork crown to mount the front fender... I would consider drilling a hole small enough to use a self tapping screw, but I would be most comfortable with a hole large enough to use an appropriately sized short bolt.

+1............use a p clip on both the chainstay bridge and seatstay bridge, drill the fork crown (not a big deal), and you're good to go-
