    Bike Valet

Had a really fun thing happen today on a ride for a volunteer fire dept. Ride was about 300 folks.
At the first rest stop, there was no place to put bikes, so they had a bunch of young men hold your bikes while you got food and drink. I couldn't believe it when they asked to hold the bike! Ever seen this?
I thought it was a really nice touch

The ride for heroes? They did that at all the rest stops. The cheerleaders were fighting each other to hold MY bike . It was a tremendous ride - this is my second year and I will be back next for sure.

No, I did Smokin' Spokes in Salado today. Maybe next year I will try Ride for Heros if it was that good!
Son lives in Arlington, so I could go from there!!!!
