Please tell me if this bike on Craigslist is too much

Here she is: https://newyork.craigslist.org/brk/bik/320486379.html

This bike is my first foray into the world of nice bkes. It's exactly what I want. Is it too much? Also, I am 5'4"-ish. Would a 50cm bike be too big?

Thanks for your help.

Too expensive!

<runs and goes buy it> j/k

I am 5'8 with a ~30 inch inseam, and ride between 49-52cm frames, depending on how they are measured. The best thing is just to go see if it fits you.

NYC Craigslist is _always_ expensive, in my experience.

If you think it is to expensive make a lower offer. Remember the bike comes with no guarantee, no free overhaul, it may not be 100% legit.

The Surly is not a =bargain=, but if it is in like new shape, it's not a ripoff either. As far as the size is concerned, there's no way to tell from the available information. Go test ride it.
