I'm BACK!!!!!!!!
Well, after 23 days off the bike with a ruptured plantaris tendon - I'm back! Damn, it feels soooooo good! I only did 28 miles, and I did it @ a very slow pace due to the fact that I'm still recovering, but I AM BACK! No real pain, no real problems. I AM BACK!
Sorry, but I had to shout this out somewhere, and this sure seems like the appropriate place.
In fact, here is a picture from today's ride. That's right - TODAY'S ride. Life is good again. Ahh!!!!!
