how many bikes

OK, I have to ask, how many COMPLETE bikes do you guys own, right now I'm at 7 but I have numerous frames in different stages of completeness. The cool thing is all the frames were acquired through junk yards and or garage sales. Only one bike bought from an lbs.

Two complete bikes: one for the road and one for off road fun. I do have my eye on a third bike.

Total of 6 right now:

2 1980's Bianchi road bikes
1 1980's Cambio-Rino road bike (not nearly as exotic as it sounds)
2 Norco Bush Pilot MTB's - 1 1980's, 1- 1998
1 1992 Norco Katmandu MTB for commuter

These are all operational - I have 2 complete bikes that aren't - another 1980's Norco MTB and a 1980's Raleigh Big Horn MTB, both fished out of bodies of water, waiting for non-seized up parts to be acquired, then will probably be given away.

I recently acquired a 1980's Raleigh Laser 15 speed road bike with stem shifters and strange frame geometry, but gave it away. Turqoise blue with rainbow striping.

I had 4 complete and 4 resting in frame boxes, but after my ride yesterday, My custom Turner XCE cracked at the seatpost top tube juncture and now I am down one bike. Oh well, Since I lived thru it, I will consider it a good ride.

Chuck....now taking applictations for a new trail bike

2 - 2003 K2's (one for me and one for Donna)
2 - wally-world special MTB's

In the works:

1 - 2001 Fuji Ace - will be finished this week. Building this one for my step-daughter to ride.
1 - 1999 Lemond Nevada City - stripped to the frame, cleaned and will be rebuilt with Tiagra components within a month. This will be my commuting bike.
1 - 80's era Nishiki time trial bike. I will strip this one to the bare frame and then repaint and rebuild. I'm trying to decide if I want to keep it old school 6 speed or upgrade it to 9.

Zack

I have 3 right now, but should have 4 by mid-July when my Blur comes in. Right now:

-1997 Trek 930 (fitted with fat slicks and a rack for commuting)
-1998 Klein Attitude
-2002 Trek 5200

I love them all as I have great memories attached to each. The Klein and I have spent the most quality time together.
