"Reckless" City Ordered to Pay Cyclist $844,450
An Ontario Superior Court Justice has ordered the city of Windsor, Ontario to pay a cyclist $844,450 for injuries he sustained when thrown from his bicycle.

Or perhaps they'll just post signs everywhere like "Cycling prohibited" or "Cyclists use the roadway at your own risk" *sigh*

This kind of reminds me of those rumble strips that Cleveland likes to put towards the bottom of hills. Yes, I'm doing the speed limit (25), but how are the strips helping save lives when myself and countless others are nearly thrown from their bikes? Signs must always be put in place when there is a dangerous obstacle on the road...
