Need Help On Bunny Hopping And Cat Walking

I HAVE A SPEACILIZED 06 HARDROCK SPORT AND I AM HAVING A LOT OF TROUBLE BUNNYHOPPING. COULD SOMEONE POST A TUTORIAL ON HOW TO BUNNYHOP AND THE SPECIFICS

IE>HOW HIGH YOU NEED TO LIFT YOUR TIRE, TIPS AND TRICKS TO LIFT YOUR TIRE HIGHER, HOW FAST TO GO ECT...


PS>I CAN ONLY LIFT MY TIRE 8 INCHES NEED HELP!!!

Put you bike in a higher gear, pull up on handlebars while starting to pedal. Watch the fron end rise. Hold that position by pedaling faster or slower.

bunny hop: pull up front. point toes at ground. push back/up w/ feet. that will bring up the rear.
If you can hop 8" you are doing better than me.
