Jamis Coda Sport is "In the Mail" whats

a good cheap helmet w/visor & pump? I will be riding 95% street, am a clydesdale,and have a big head btw

It doesn't have a pump. but the Giro AtmosII is good for big heads and comes with a visor.

Most riders prefer the Topeak Road Morph.

With helmets you just have to go to the LBS and try them on. Different brands fit different heads. For example, both Bell and Uvex fit my head well, Met and Giro don't.

As for a pump are you talking floor or saddle bag?

For cheap pump they are all about the same. Spend a little more and you'll have a pump that will last for many years.

I use a Silca Super Pista pump and am very happy with it. It pumps to very high pressure without leaking. Nashbar currently has it on sale for $54.95 and they are also having a free shipping promotion (code FS52). I paid double that for mine and would do it again.
