I used the Spiderflex for about 4 months and it solved prostate irritation problems with a fair amount of comfort. I have recommended it in other posts and still do. Due to ongoing wrist pain, I went 'bent and shortly gave up riding DF's altogether. It might not work well for extreme mtb riking, as the lack of a nose means less control. bk
