you mean look cleats vs sidi cleats on look pedals? Won't work.

Shoes usually have holes for both, though.

Sidi is a shoe maker that has shoes with two bolt(MTB) and three bolt(Look) style patterns for mounting cleats.

Look makes shoes and pedal systems, that all have the three bolt(Look) pattern

just about all road shoes made have the three bolt pattern and just about all road cleats use the three bolt pattern. Some road shoes also have the two bolt pattern on them.

All mountian shoes have a two bolt pattern on them and all mountian cleats use the two bolt pattern.

Disclaimer: There may be one or two oddballs or some out of production shoes that do not follow these guidelines.

Sidi doesn't make pedals. Listen to the Rev.
