carpel tunnel/aero bars relief?
I've got horrible CTS and I'm wondering if earo bars will help take some weight off them and allow me to ride some. Anyone have any insight or experience with them and CT?

I don't think aerobars are the solution unless you like riding alone into the country. Aerobars are completely useless anywhere in or around cities or built up areas and in group rides.
If you're having too much weight on your hands - raise your handlebars.

I have aerobars on my commuter specifically for relief from CTS pain. I've tried everything else and taking the weight completely off my hands is the only thing that works.
Although I commute into the city I can still safely manage 30%-50% of my time in the aerobars.
