Electra Straight 8 weight

OK, So apparently I am a horrible internet detective, but I can not, for the life of me, find a weight listed anywhere for this bike. I used to have one and sold it, and I've been trying to figure it out just as a curiosity thing. Somebody asked me but all I can remember is "they're ****ing heavy". I really would like to know actually how heavy they are though, so can anyone help me out?

I've looked through spec sheets on electra's site, as well as many different retailers. Also various forms of wording for google searches turned up nothing, but it's gotta be posted SOMEWHERE out there.

Thanks in advance!

I can check for you tomorrow. We sell them where I work. I won't be able to give you an exact weight, but I can compare it to a few other bikes where I know the weights.

that would be great. if i still had mine i'd just pop it on the bathroom scale but I don't. and i don't need a super precise measurement just trying to get an idea within 2ish lbs.

Nobody buys a cruiser bike because it's light, and many cruiser bike companies don't publish any weights.

I'm aware. Hence me having trouble trying to track it down. CdCf working in a bike shop and being able to get an idea for me is exactly the kind of thing i was looking for by asking in a public forum instead of wasting any more time tirelessly searching for specs that may not even be listed anywhere.
