Pretty impressive service from koobi
A friend wanted a new seat so I suggested Koobi. He ordered about a week ago. Got his saddle yesterday but it wasn't the saddle he ordered. Enclosed was a note explaining that the saddle he ordered was experiencing production delays. The shipped seat was his to keep and use, no need to return it when the ordered seat arrives.
