help! how (where) do you measure a dawes discovery frame in inches?

help! how (where) do you measure a dawes discovery frame in inches?
i presume you measure in inches from the top of the seatpost to the bracket?

I would imagine you measure it in the same place you measure any bicycle, only you use inches instead of centimeters.
