The Dutch Bicycle Company VS Jorg & Olif

I like the classical design of the Jorg & Olif "Original" and the Dutch Bicycle Company "Traditional" styles. These look basically the same however, can anyone recommend one company over the other? As I do not have both company dealerships near me it's impossible to compare/contrast in person. Also, where is the best (read, cheapest) place to buy. Thanks

Are any of the Dutch Bicycle Company's affiliated LBSs located near you?

Thanks for your quick reply. I live near Boston, MA and there will be a new Dutch Bike Company store opening in my area soon however, there is not a Jorg & Olif store closer than New York City (Don't want to travel into the city).

You could try Little Circles. They're in Vermont. They're not a full blown LBS yet, but you can get a bike through them. I could be wrong, but the Jorg & Olif bikes don't look as nice to me. (and I've seen plenty of Dutch bikes in Portland). My brother's fiancee has the Oma model and she loves it.

The guy who owns Little Circles is a member here and a decent guy. Personally, I'd rather my money go to him.

I would strongly discourage you from buying Jorg and Olif bike.
I work in a bicycle shop and these bike are a nightmare. Every time someone comes to the shop with that monstrosity, we groan and curse the day the shop decided to sell them (luckily no more).
Trying to change a tube or a tire on the rear wheel of that bike is a 1/5 - 1 hour hellish ordeal.
The dumbest design ever and horrible quality.
