Trek Pilot 5 vs Specialize Roubaix

My next bike will be a Pilot 5 or a Roubaix. I would like to have the opion of those who have experience with those bicycle.
My creteria: comfort and performance. At this point, I have a preference for the Pilot since the tires can be change for larger one but on the other end, the back section of the Roubaix with the insert let me think of a smoother ride.

Thank you
