Feel lucky---- The rate kids grow nowadays- She could probably do with a larger bike and you can either do a straight swop or get a discount on a larger bike. Although I reckon only $100 discount is a bit measly.

That turned out to be the case. I went ahead and got a Trek 3700 for her. She is only 9 but has grown quite a bit since we got the Trek MT220. Yeah the $100 is on the cheep side but we got our use out of the last bike and it was probably about time for a change. For a moment I considered doing a straight swap and then quickly reselling the bike. However, I decided it wasn't worth the effort.
