What do you mean by dual brakes?
like pulling the front and rear brakes with one lever?

I have seen dual-pull levers used on motorized cruiser/MTB bikes. They use them because with some bike engine kits, one lever has to be the clutch, so you don't have room on both sides of the handlebar for brake levers:

I think this lever may only work with sidepull or V-brakes, you'd want to email and ask that.

Sorry, do you want to increase the brakes per lever or levers per brake?

Both can be done.
