Reversed bull horns

Anybody turn the bull horns around and run them pointing at you instead of away? With barend shifters in the horn ends?

In particular this one without the bends...Deda Elementi CronoNero TT Bar - Straight

Nope, never had. I don't feel like buying a new bike just for handlebars.

I can't think of a reason to run bars backwards. It would mess with your cockpit lengthand make a snag point. It reminds me of those folk who ride old road bikes on sidewalk with handlebars upside down. I figure the manufacturers put lots of money and thought into bar design. If it was viable then some maker would have made one by now. I use my barends as another hand position. What if you tried those swept back cruiser bars.

I think what you might want is some North Road bars.

I've seen it used on the stoker position on tandems. Not sure how steering with the bars setup that way would be.

I need a shorter top tube, but then the seat tube is way short also. You guys are right. If I do anything I'll look at the North Bar, Mungo or Albatross.

Also consider the Nitto Moustache Bars. I like mine quite a bit.
