Looks very similar to an Alivio crankset, save that this one has a 4 bolt system whereas the Alivio cranksets are riveted, I believe. I also don't see any pick-up teeth on that chainring, but that could just be the picture.
Anyways, it looks very similar to the Alivio one in features and style.
