Trike my tandem Trail a Bike??

All Ideas Welcome.

I'm a Mom with kids too big for trailer but not big enough for city commuting with mom on their own bikes.

I know I am not the first, but in North America this is still a struggle.

I got an Adams (now Norco) Tandem Trail a Bike (for two kids--- great but...).

But I find it tippy so I would like to double the wheels in the back of the tandem "trike it"

I found this Trike hub kit... will it work??

TRIKE HUB CB CONV KIT NEW - JB-6702230

Any other wisdom??

Thanks to all

A friend has one of these. I recomended it for a handicaped child. it works great. Maybe two hooked together? I have ridden the towing bike and the trailing bike. It's not difficult, but with two in a row it will be long. Probably no way to back up.

That kit is to convert an trike to a coaster brake hub, it won't do what you want. I would suggest riding alone with the tandem first, then add one kid on the front seat them move them to the rear seat, finally add the second child.

Good to know,

We have been practicing (in the cemetery!), I think I just don't weigh enough.

Also what do I do when I get somewhere? How do I put this long trippy train in a bike rack?

I also found this kit online that converts a kid's 20" to a trike online,

Tri-Spin Conversion Kit

But I hate buying things unseen, let alone trusting my children on it!

AHHHH!
