If This Be Global Warming......
The past few days have been absolutely spectacular in central Maryland. Satruday it was 82 and it was just as nice, if not better on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday! Imagine, cycling in the first week of November, wearing shorts, a short-sleeved jersey and sweating up a storm!
But, as all good things come to an end, Indian Summer is beginning to wind down and it will be back to the cold of November!
But, boy was it great!

Not to worry. We made up for your warm weather with unseasonably cold weather out here on the Left Coast.

It's been a bit unseasonably cool here too. Usually by November we've packed the doonas away and are sleeping with just a sheet. It's still far too cool for that.

Yes, we've been blessed with the same weather since Saturday here in Philadelphia. But leaving for home today, there was a chill and some drizzle in the air, a fog was rolling in, and I was regretting not bringing my leg warmers.
It was a cool wind, it was a damp wind, but for once, it was a tail wind!

It snowed in Cradle Mountain, North Western Tasmania on November 1 (late Spring). A couple of inches which stuck around until midday. Back home in Adelaide i'ts 30oC and blue skies... Very weird.
