Sweat or lack thereof
I realized recently that I don't sweat much. My hair does, but my face doesnít. It gets really red and the skin throbs. My arms donít sweat either, they get prickly. In spin classes this winter, I couldnít get past the warm-up without having the fan turned on. Actually outdoor ridding is tolerable because the wind passes over me. I get embarrassingly red when I workout. Iíve had people think I was going to pass out.
I do drink enough water.
Do I need to go to the dermatologist or my regular Doctor?
