Cages for 32 oz bottles
 

Has anyone ever found a bottle cage that can carry a 32 oz bottle (like the nalgene bottles)? Are there larger cages available than the standard size?

nothing available commercially to fit standard Nalgene's that I have found, The new slim flip top Nalgenes do fit a standard cage. Minoura makes a cage that will fit the slim 1 liter Evian or Perrier water bottles. T

I bought this Copper Canyon Bottle holder in a PX in Heidelberg in about 1999 or so for $5. Holds a 1.5 liter bottle perfectly. It can also hold a 2 liter soda pop bottle but that is too difficult for me to handle with just one hand while cycling.

Thanks. I just checked out the new slim nalgenes with the flip top. They look nice and it says they fit in bike cages. I like that they have a spout that I won't have to unscrew too. I have a habit of dropping my water bottles. I was thinking since nalgenes are indestructible, it would be more cost effective than replacing my cheap bottles.

I like Nalgenes, but they're not indestructible.

Topeak makes a super size cage that's adjustable. What fits and how well, I don't know.

I've found the CatCage to be a fairly flexible (pun) cage. The aluminum construction allows you to bend it open a bit more to facilitate holding large bottles like the big 32oz Gatorade squeeze models.
